TAPAS for altpwr.net
Some very nice designers from Siemens sent us a few TAPAS SDI's!
The TAPAS board is a 48V/300W three-phase Software Defined Inverter.
All details can be found here: https://github.com/SDI-SoftwareDefinedInverter/TAPAS/blob/master/README.md
There's an important detail that should be considered when using them:
"Just keep in mind that those are pre-production - they are a bit sensitive in respect to switching frequency (never go below 100kHz) and transients (make sure that deceleration is reasonably slow - otherwise the DC voltage will spike and kill your on-board voltage regulators). You will also need a (few) JTAG programmers (see github page)."
If you have a nice (altpwr or related renewable energy) idea for these inverters, ask benadski and you can play with one! :)
