The webcam will default to http://192.168.1.136:81/ with username 'admin' and password (empty).
After long searching, the rtsp-stream urls are:
rtsp://admin:@192.168.1.136:10554/udp/av0_0 (720p, 15fps) rtsp://admin:@192.168.1.136:10554/udp/av0_1 (360p, 25fps)
Floodlights are triggered by the PIR-sensor when it detects motion and daskness.
The IR-Cut seems to handle this fine, exposure returns to normal in a few frames.
