The digital oscilloscope available at revspace is an GW Instek GDS-820S:

• 150 MHz bandwidth
• two channels
• USB interface for outputting screenshots
• RS232 interface for control and read-out

USB

Through the USB interface, a screenshot of the current display contents can be retrieved. This is a color screenshot even though the display of the 'scope itself is black and white.

The screenshot can be read out using scopeview, see scopeview on github. It has an update rate of about 2 frames per second.
