• • President opens meeting and blokje volunteers for taking notes

  3 Forecast 2011

• • The participants ask for a detailed overview of forecasted costs above 500 euro's, the board members available dont have this and promise to send this around
  • The treasure notes that the forecast is a guideline
  • Juerd will look into energy usage, and match this with what we're currently paying as a 'voorschot', to see how much we need to reserve for a 'nacalculatie'

• • Probably we have to abandon the space within 3 years and we need to look around for new locations before
  • Juerd asks if we won't forget about anti-squatting

• • Following proposals were made
    • Buddy system for new members, Jirka and Evert-Jelle volunteer for this role
    • Proposal for an email address on the wiki where interested people can ask questions (jirka@revspace.nl)
    • Welcome mail to new participants with all generic info (payment methods and such), Rick will take this up and puts a draft on the wiki
    • A redesign of the sign-up form, Juerd will take action on this
    • Giving the sign-up form a more prominent location, to make it easily available during events and all
    • Giving a small lecture at a class on the HBO/MBO schools in Den Haag/Delft, hansg will take this
  • Paypal: Are there under the participants any objections for using PayPal as an donation option, there is none, but we will add an disclaimer that we dislike paypal for their actions re. wikileaks but see no other practical and widely adopted alternative
  • Juerd will make a wikipage with promotion ideas and will coordinate who's working on what
