			On a stormy sunday night on #revspace, fenrir saw the [http://www.leds-buy.nl/led-terrenhemel-42-leds-1629.html led starry sky] at leds-buy, and tought it would be neat to have this in the hxx/eth0 bar. Some discussion ensued, and it was decided: we will build one.

	The basic gest of the design: some microcontroller to drive the whole-shebang, a bunch of PWM controllers to take input from the microcontroller and drive the leds and presto.
